Georgetown Shores is a Lakeside Single Family Home Community located in Hudsonville, Michigan. Hudsonville is a suburb of Grand Rapids and is located between Grand Rapids and Holland in Western Michigan.
The development is located around a man made 140-acre all-sports lake. The lake is private and access is permitted for residents only. There are no Personal Watercraft allowed on the lake. Homes were begun along the East side in 2000 and the final phase of construction was available for home sites in 2007. As of 2020, only one lot is vacant.
