Though we had a short rainy season, it did bring us almost 5 inches of rain in the area. This has again caused the lake level to rise to a very high level. Please use discretion when on the lake and keep your wake to a minimum until the water level goes down.Remember, things could always be worse. Kalamazoo area got over 9 inches of rain and the Gulf Coast is in need of our prayers and support.

The gate on East GS boat launch has been at a 45 degree angle for about two weeks now.  After looking at the unit, it had power at the processing board and there was a blown fuse but there were no indication of power on the main processing board.I called Van’tHof Door and Gate about the issue and they came out Friday.They said it was lightning damage and they had to replace two of the boards in the unit.
