   Warners ~ 1448 N Lake Ct. My husband works for Republic Waste and we get our trash for free. We do not need trash cans or recycle bins from EverKept. Unclear on the assessment fee. Even if we do not go with EverKept we still have to pay the 402.00? Please advise.

   Salmons – 5810 18th Avenue – ArrowWaste picked up our trash cans this week, but we haven’t received any new cans from EverKept? Are we on a list for them to automatically provide cans for each resident or do we need to contact EverKept directly, even though the contract is directly with Georgetown Shores Association?

      Based on the proposal from the trash providers and feedback from many residents, it was decided that both goals were completed by selecting Everkept’s proposal and having each resident pay directly. This way if a resident is gone for an extended period of time they can work those details out with the hauler. More detail can be found here: http://www.georgetownshores.org/private/blog/?p=485
